1. Overview

 

1.1 The official Hong Kong website of Mount Tise (URL: [https://www.mount-tise.com], hereinafter referred to as "the Store") and all its electronic services are owned and operated by m-Care Tech (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our company"). These terms and conditions do not apply to goods purchased through other authorised third-party online sales channels or through our online sales channels in mainland China.

 

1.2 In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of this content, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

2. Ordering and Collection

 

2.1 When using the services provided by the Store and purchasing items, users must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, ordinances, and local regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). Users must also adhere to the relevant user agreements, privacy protection policies, and all other terms and rules included in these documents and their amendments from time to time.

 

2.2 The Store will display the prices and product information of the goods, and such information is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

2.3 The Store will make every effort to ensure that the products purchased by users are consistent with the prices displayed in the Store. However, the price list and descriptions do not constitute an offer. The Store reserves the right to unilaterally correct, withdraw, refuse, or cancel any order or terminate the relevant contract in the event of an obvious error or shortage in the displayed products or orders.

 

2.4 When ordering products, users may choose in-store pickup. Upon confirmation of successful payment, general orders require 15 working days to process and ship (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), subject to stock availability. Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will deliver the goods to the Hong Kong physical store within 2 to 3 working days after shipment. You may choose to pick up the goods in person or have a friend or relative pick them up on your behalf. For personal pick-up, please visit our Hong Kong physical store and present identification matching the purchase record, the order number, and the pickup code. If a friend or relative is picking up the goods, in addition to the order number and pickup code, for security reasons, please provide a valid authorisation letter (including the full names and identification document numbers of both the purchaser and the person picking up), a copy of the purchaser's identification document, and the original identification document of the person picking up for verification by the store staff. Please contact the online customer service to obtain the authorisation letter before visiting the store for pickup.

 

2.5 All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. No sales contract exists between you and the company until we have received and accepted your order and sent you an email ("Confirmation Email") confirming that the products you ordered (if choosing delivery service) have been dispatched or (if choosing in-store pickup service) are ready for pickup. Once the Confirmation Email is sent, a binding legal contract exists between you and the company. This contract shall be deemed to have been made in Hong Kong.

 

2.6 Once an order has been processed, the content of the order, delivery address, etc., cannot be changed, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.

 

2.7 After adding items marked as in stock to your shopping cart, you may be unable to proceed with payment due to out-of-stock situations at the time of order placement. The Store shall not be liable for this.

 

2.8 As the stock information displayed in the Store is not real-time, some or all items may be out of stock. If the product you ordered is partially or fully out of stock/sold out after payment but before we send the Confirmation Email, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid for the out-of-stock/sold-out product. The company shall not be liable for any additional payments related to this situation.

 

2.9 If the item you ordered is out of stock or an out-of-stock item becomes available after ordering, the item cannot be added to the order being shipped. Please place a new order.

 

2.10 We may offer the option of paying the full amount in advance. Your item will be reserved for a maximum of three months from the date of payment, or for a longer period if notified due to special circumstances (including but not limited to personalised, customised, unique, or limited edition items). After this period, we reserve the right to sell the item. Advance payments are non-refundable but do not affect any legal rights you may have under these sales terms.


 

3. Payment

 

3.1 All product prices on the Store are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Any payments made in other currencies will be based on the HKD exchange rate provided by your credit card, VISA card, MasterCard, China UnionPay, American Express, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, FPS, PayMe, or any other payment methods specified on the relevant website from time to time.

 

3.2 The amount you pay will be the total amount of the final confirmed order, including the total price of the products and any applicable shipping fees. The exchange rate will be determined by the international credit card provider or bank, which may charge additional handling or administrative fees. You are also responsible for any extra fees or administrative charges imposed by your international credit card provider or bank.

 

3.3 In the event of a return, any taxes or shipping fees you have paid will not be refunded.

 

3.4 Payment methods are handled according to the terms of service provided by each payment service provider.

 

3.5 When ordering products, your credit/debit card payment will be processed by service providers we employ from time to time ("Payment Processors"). Your credit/debit card information will be transmitted through the Payment Processors to the relevant financial institutions. We do not retain your credit/debit card information. The company will not be liable for any losses you may incur if third parties access any information you provide to the Store without authorisation during your purchase or order.

 

3.6 The company will not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly caused by the following:

 

- If you fail to protect your personal information during the online payment process;

- If you fail to provide complete and accurate information during the online payment process;

- For any other reasons related to the specified payment method.


 

4. Product Return Policy

 

4.1 This policy aims to provide users with the return guidelines of our store. Users may enjoy our relevant negotiated return guarantee for products that meet the return conditions specified in this policy.

 

4.2 Definitions

 

- "Product" refers to the item selected and successfully paid for by the user in a transaction, which we have accepted under the transaction.

 

- "Original Sales Condition" means that the product, upon inspection and confirmation by our professional staff, meets the following conditions:

  1. It has intact packaging, includes all certificates, vouchers, gifts, promotional items, etc., and is returned to our Hong Kong physical store along with the related sales invoice. Otherwise, we will deduct relevant fees.

  2. It has not been worn, used, or modified, and maintains its sales condition.

  3. It is undamaged.

 

  - The company reserves the final decision on whether a product is in its "Original Sales Condition."

 

- "Non-Returnable Products" refer to certain items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  1. Specially customised, damaged, engraved, or modified products;

  2. Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sales invoice.

 

  - The company reserves the final decision on whether a product is a "Non-Returnable Product."

 

4.3 Returns

 

- If a product meets the return conditions (unless otherwise specified), users can apply for a return within 7 days from the day after receipt of the product, provided the product remains in its original sales condition and meets the following conditions. If the return is confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded according to the original payment method.

 

  Return Conditions:

    1. Users who receive their products via courier or pick them up from our Hong Kong physical store (as applicable) must apply for a return through online customer service within 7 days from the day after receipt of the product.

 

    2. After initial confirmation by customer service and subsequent inspection by our professional staff to confirm the product's original sales condition, we will arrange the refund for the user.

 

    3. If the product includes vouchers/gifts/free items, users must return these as well; otherwise, we will deduct the relevant fees.

 

    4. Credit card accounts may incur handling fees due to the refund. All costs, expenses, and risks (including taxes, customs duties, shipping fees, and handling fees) arising from the return are borne by the user.

  

Return Process:

 

    1. Within 7 days from the day after receipt of the product, the user should clearly state the order number, receipt number, product number, and return reason to online customer service, and send photos of the return product for record and processing.

 

    2. Upon customer service confirmation of the return request, customer service will arrange for the specified return location and time to our Hong Kong physical store within 7 days.

    3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the original sales condition. Once confirmed, we will notify the user via text message and process the refund as soon as possible according to the original payment method used during purchase (refund processing time is estimated to be 30 working days from the day we receive the returned product).

 

4.4 Exchange

 

Our store does not offer exchanges, but users can apply for a return within 7 days from the day after receipt of the product under the above conditions and process.

 

4.5 Shopping Discounts

 

We may periodically provide users with discount codes/vouchers, which are subject to the terms and conditions at the time. These discount codes/vouchers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or promotions and must be used within their validity period (if applicable).

 

If users need to return products that enjoyed store promotional discounts, and the promotional period has ended at the time of return, they cannot enjoy the same discount again, nor will the relevant vouchers be returned. If the discount was provided by another organisation, the return will be handled according to the terms and conditions of that organisation.

 

4.6 Special Instructions

 

Due to the absence of face-to-face physical transactions in online shopping, if the product is damaged or encounters other abnormal conditions during shipment to the user, the company may provide return/free repair services specifically for users who chose delivery services. Users who chose delivery services must apply within 2 days from the day after receipt of the product, and free repair services for each repairable product are limited to once.

 

The right to return can only be exercised once every 3 months for each delivery address.

 

We reserve the right to change or cancel after-sales services at any time.


 

5. After-Sales Service

 

5.1 Products purchased from our store are eligible for after-sales services. Users can enjoy after-sales services at any Mount Tise physical store nationwide with the product sales invoice or warranty card, including free product inspection and maintenance services for Mount Tise brand products. Regular maintenance and repair services include product cleaning, refurbishment, inspection, and basic maintenance.

 

5.2 Non-routine maintenance and repair services will incur additional charges, such as replacing worn-out parts, making up for lost materials, or resizing beyond the regular range which requires additional gold. For details on these additional costs, please contact customer service.

 

5.3 If the product handed over to us for handling or repair cannot be repaired due to its style or damage condition, we will return the product and the related prepaid amount. We reserve the right to decline non-routine repair requests.

 

5.4 During the repair process, there may be some wear and tear on the metal parts of the product. The actual wear and tear will vary depending on the condition of the product and the extent of repair, but we will do our best to minimise it. It is normal for the repaired product to differ slightly from a brand new one, and we appreciate your understanding.

 

 5.5 We will take proper care of the product you entrust to us. If the entrusted product is damaged, stolen, or lost while in our custody, we will compensate you with a similar product of comparable price or cash equivalent to the value of the product as stated on the repair order, with this compensation being the limit.

 

6. Disclaimer

 

6.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided on our site, nor shall we be liable for any errors therein. We reserve the right to amend or correct any information on our site without prior notice or liability.

 

6.2 We are obligated to ensure the technical functionality of our site, striving to avoid service interruptions or minimise downtime to ensure smooth online transactions. However, we are not liable for any disruptions, loss of information, or records caused by force majeure or other factors beyond our control, resulting in system anomalies or unavailability of our site. Users bear responsibility for any loss or inability to use our online services due to providing incorrect, incomplete, or false information.

 

6.3 We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from browsing our site or using its services.

 

6.4 Our site contains numerous links, which may connect to other websites or information not operated by us. We do not control these websites or information, and the rights belong to the legitimate rights holders of those websites and information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such websites and information, nor do we guarantee they are free of viruses or other harmful elements. 6.5 When using our site's custom services, users are responsible for the ownership of the information provided. We are not liable for any infringement arising from the user's provided information.
