1. Definitions

 

Products Eligible for Return

To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original sales condition, which includes:

 

- Complete packaging, all certificates, vouchers, gifts, and exchange items returned to our Hong Kong physical store along with the relevant sales invoice, otherwise, the company will deduct the related costs;

 

- Not worn, used, or altered, and must remain in the condition it was at the time of sale;

 

- Free from any damage.

 

The company reserves the final right to determine whether a product is in its "original sales condition."

 

Non-Returnable Products

 

Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature, including:

 

- Specially customised products, damaged products, engraved or modified items;

 

- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the sales invoice.

 

The company reserves the final right to determine whether a product is a "non-returnable product."

 

2. Return Process

 

If the product meets the return conditions (unless otherwise specified), users can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product remains in its original sales condition and complies with the following terms. Upon confirmation and approval of the return, the actual payment amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

 

Return Conditions

 

- Users who receive products through courier or pick up from our Hong Kong physical store (as applicable) must apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt by contacting online customer service.

 

- After initial confirmation by customer service and further inspection by our professional staff to ensure the product meets the original sales condition, the return will be approved, and we will arrange the refund.

 

- If there are vouchers/gifts, users must return them along with the product, otherwise, the corresponding costs will be deducted.

 

- Credit card accounts may incur handling fees for refunds. All costs, expenses, and risks (including taxes, customs duties, shipping, and handling fees) associated with the return shall be borne by the user.

 

Return Procedure

 

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, contact online customer service, clearly stating the order number, receipt number, product number, and reason for return, and send photos of the return product to customer service for record and processing.

 

2. After the return request is confirmed by customer service within 7 days, customer service will arrange a designated return location and time for the user to return the product to our Hong Kong physical store.

 

3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product to confirm it meets the original sales condition. Once confirmed, we will notify the user by SMS and process the refund as soon as possible using the original payment method (the refund process is expected to take 30 working days from the date we receive the returned product).

 

3. Exchange

 

Our store does not offer exchanges for products, but users can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt according to the aforementioned conditions and process.

 

4. Shopping Discounts

 

We may provide users with discount codes/vouchers from time to time, which are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time. These discount codes/vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers. They must be used within the validity period (if any).

 

If a user needs to return a product that has benefited from a promotional discount, and the promotional period has ended by the time of return, the user will no longer be eligible for the same discount, and the relevant voucher will not be returned. If the discount is provided by other institutions, it will be handled according to the terms and conditions of those institutions.

 

5. Special Instructions

 

The right to return can only be exercised once every 3 months per delivery address.

 

We reserve the right to change or cancel after-sales services at any time.

 

For custom designs based on provided images, we recommend providing 3D models (such as Rhino, JCD, etc.) for the best results. If only photos or sketches are provided, please note that there may be slight differences between the final product and the provided images. Buyers who are concerned about these differences should purchase with caution.
