We hope that through this policy, you can understand how the Group collects, uses, and retains your personal data according to the provisions of the Ordinance to ensure your privacy is protected.

By using this website https://www.mount-tise.com/ and/or any other websites, online services, or mobile applications operated by the Group (collectively referred to as "our websites"), you agree to the terms of this policy and consent to our collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this policy. We may revise or update the terms of this policy as necessary, and we recommend that you periodically review the latest version posted on our websites to ensure you are aware of all changes. If you use/browse our official website/official flagship store in Mainland China, please also review and be aware of the privacy policy posted on that website.

7. Direct Marketing

7.1

We may use the personal data you provide to us for direct marketing purposes, but we will not use your personal data without your consent. Please note:

- We will use your name, gender, email address, phone number, city of residence, address, date of birth, service combination information, transaction patterns and behavior, and demographic data for direct marketing.

- We will use your personal data to promote our goods and services, including jewellery products, accessories, and gifts, as well as related customer services, social network services, customer rewards, long-term support or privilege activities, and related goods, services, and facilities, and online shopping services and promotions or social activities related to the above items.

7.2

We may also provide your personal data to other companies within our group for direct marketing purposes, but we will not provide your personal data without your consent. Please note:

- The personal data described in Section 7.1(1) will be provided by us to other companies within our group for direct marketing purposes.

- Other companies within our group will use your personal data to promote the goods and services described in Section 7.1(2).

7.3

We will use your personal data in accordance with the Ordinance and only provide it to other companies within our group for direct marketing purposes.

7.4

If you do not wish us to use or provide your personal data to other companies within our group for direct marketing, you may exercise your opt-out rights at any time by emailing hk@mounttise.com or through our website, free of charge.

 

8. Your Rights to Access Data

8.1 

Under the Ordinance, you have the following rights:

- To request whether we hold your data;

- To request access to the data listed in Section 8.1(1); and

- To request corrections to the data listed in Section 8.1(1).

 

9. Disclaimer

9.1

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. This policy is not intended to, nor does it, create any contractual rights or any other legal rights, nor does it constitute any obligations of the Group.
