1. Do the products come with after-sales service? What does it include?

Mount Tise offers after-sales services, including free cleaning and maintenance, resizing within 3 sizes (first time), and ring polishing services. We also provide special services such as trade-in with depreciation, upgrading with price difference, and exchanging styles.

 

2. Can products be returned or exchanged?

 

Products eligible for return must be in their original sales condition. Custom-made, damaged, engraved, or modified products, and items marked "non-returnable" on the sales invoice, cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

3. Can engraving be done for free, and can it be changed later?

 

When ordering rings from Mount Tise, you can choose to have free engraving on the inside. Mount Tise also offers free engraving changes to commemorate every important moment in your life.

4. When will custom orders be delivered?

 

When placing an order, customers can choose to pick up the product in-store. After payment is confirmed, standard orders typically take 15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to process and ship. Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will have the product delivered to the Mount Tise Hong Kong physical store within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

 

5. Do you provide GIA and IGI certificates?

 

All diamonds from Mount Tise come with international GIA or IGI certificates and a unique laser inscription, ensuring quality assurance and support for reinspection.

 

6. What types of metal materials do you offer?

 

Mount Tise offers the following metal materials:

- Platinum 950 (Pt950)

- 18K/14K Yellow Gold (K18YG, K14YG)

- 18K/14K Rose Gold (K18PG, K14PG)

- 18K/14K White Gold (K18WG, K14WG)

 

7. Does the store offer promotional activities?

 

Mount Tise occasionally provides users with discount codes or vouchers, subject to the relevant terms and conditions at the time. These discount codes or vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or promotions. They must be used within the validity period (if applicable).

 

8. How to measure your ring size?

 

You can measure your ring size using a few simple methods:

 

Using a string and ruler:

1. Wrap a thin string around the finger where you will wear the ring.

2. Mark where the string overlaps.

3. Measure the length of the string (in millimeters) with a ruler; this is the circumference of your finger.

4. Compare the measured circumference to a ring size chart to find the corresponding size.

 

Using a ring sizer:

Purchase or borrow a ring sizer, which is a set of plastic or metal rings in different sizes. Try on different sizes until you find the one that fits comfortably.

 

Visiting a Mount Tise store:

The most accurate method is to visit a Mount Tise store and have a professional measure your ring size.

 

Keep in mind that your finger size can vary throughout the day. It is generally recommended to measure your finger size in the afternoon or evening when your fingers are most swollen. Measuring at different times of the day ensures the ring will be comfortable at all times.

 

9. What ring sizes can be made?

 

Generally, Mount Tise can make ring sizes ranging from size 6 to size 20. If the ring size exceeds 20, an additional fee for special sizing will be required.

 

10. Can the size be adjusted? How long does it take to complete the resizing?

 

Mount Tise offers free resizing services within 3 sizes of the original size. The resizing process takes 7 working days to complete.

 

11. Do you offer ring cleaning services? How long does it take?

 

Mount Tise provides ring cleaning services. The cleaning can be completed on the same day, returning a newly cleaned and sparkling ring to you.


 

12. Can a bent ring or a loose/detached diamond be repaired?

 

If your ring is bent or the diamond is loose or detached, Mount Tise offers professional repair services. Please note that we do not provide ring replacement services.

 

13. Can jewellery purchased elsewhere be repaired?

 

We are sorry, but currently, we only offer repair services for jewellery purchased from our store. Please contact the store where the jewellery was purchased for assistance. Thank you for your understanding and support!

 

14. Do I need to make an appointment to visit the store for purchases or after-sales services?

 

Generally, there is no need to make an appointment to visit Mount Tise stores for purchases or after-sales services. However, during peak times, such as weekends, we recommend making an appointment with our customer service in advance to ensure a quicker and more convenient service experience.

 

15. How to Maintain and Store Rings at Home

 

To keep your ring shiny and avoid damage, follow these simple steps for home maintenance:

 

Regular Cleaning:

  - Gently clean the ring with a solution of mild soap and water.

  - Use a soft-bristled brush (such as a toothbrush) to clean hard-to-reach details and crevices.

  - Dry the ring with a soft cloth after cleaning.

 

Avoid Chemicals:

  - Remove the ring when handling strong cleaning agents, cosmetics, or perfumes.

  - Take off the ring when swimming to avoid exposure to chlorinated or salt water.

Wear with Care:

  - Avoid wearing the ring during heavy labor or activities that may cause scratches.

  - It is best to remove the ring during sports or housework.

16. Do you provide gift packaging services?

Every piece of Mount Tise jewellery comes with exquisite gift packaging, including a jewellery box, shopping bag, and cleaning cloth. This packaging not only protects the jewellery during transport but also makes it an ideal gift.

 

17. What payment methods can I choose?

 

Mount Tise offers the following payment methods: credit card, VISA card, MasterCard, China UnionPay, American Express, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, FPS, PayMe, and others as listed on our website. All product prices are in Hong Kong dollars.

18. When do I need to make a payment?

At the time of ordering, a deposit of at least 70% of the total amount is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is to be paid upon collection of the item.

19. Can I pay in installments?

We currently do not offer installment payment services. Thank you for your understanding.

20. Can I pay half with cash and half with a credit card?

Mount Tise accepts separate payments with cash and credit card. You can choose your preferred payment methods.

21. Can separate receipts be issued for different items?

Absolutely. If you need separate receipts for different items, please inform us of your specific needs at the time of purchase, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

 

22. Can I purchase Mount Tise products from overseas or other regions?

Currently, Mount Tise products are only available for purchase and collection in Hong Kong. We are planning to expand our shipping services overseas in the future, so please stay tuned!
